  • My order was damaged, what can I do?
    We make great effort to ensure that your order arrives to you safely. We also understand that sometimes, things happen in transit. While this can be frustrating, please be assured that we are here to help! simply just send us an email.
  • My address is wrong, what do I do?
    Don’t stress! but email us as soon as you can with the correct address and if your order has not been processed yet, then we try our best to update it for you. If the item has already processed or shipped, unfortunately we won't be able to make any changes! Once a package has been sent, only the customer can change the address. You can download the "myPost" app and create an account with the SAME email address that you used to place your order, and you will be able to edit the addresses of your shipments!
  • How do I request a Refund / Exchange / Return ?
    Please refer to the Returns and Refunds section at the bottom of the website.
  • Which orders can't be Refunded / Exchanged / Returned?

  • Can I cancel my order?
    Items purchased from weluvlux are made specifically for the customer upon order. Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless otherwise set out in the Order Form.
  • Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
    No. Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately our carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes
  • Can my order/delivery be held or sent at a later date?
    No, we are unable to hold orders for later dispatch.
