Items purchased from weluvlux are made specifically for the customer upon order. Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless otherwise set out in the Order Form.

 

All our products are triple checked for quality assurance. However, in the unfortunate circumstance that your artwork arrives faulty, we will replace it for you or refund your payment. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your product and we will be happy to assist you. In order to maintain our high-quality standards, we may ask to provide photographic or other documentary evidence of the existence of a defective product and we may request that the artwork to be returned to us.

Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective. Exchanges, however, can be offered for some products. To be eligible for a return and/or refunds the item must be unused and in the same condition as received in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
